Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday). For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will typically be processed by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer competitive shipping rates both domestically and internationally. Our primary shipping partner is USPS, with available options including Priority Mail Express (1-2 days), Priority Mail (1-3 days), and USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days). The choice of service depends on the size, destination, and preferred delivery speed of your package.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please follow these steps:
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Verify your shipping address by checking your shipping notification email. If there’s an error and the tracking is active, contact the carrier to request a package redirect.
- Tracking Status: If the tracking history shows no movement for seven days, contact the carrier’s customer service to initiate a missing package search.
- Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Act promptly by contacting the carrier’s customer service to report the issue and seek assistance.
Return Policy
We inspect each item for freshness and quality before shipping. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully for any damages or defects. If you find any issues, contact our customer service within 7 business days at support@alibobas.com. Provide your name, order number, and details of the damaged or defective item. Our representative will respond within 24 to 48 business hours to assist you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will credit your account for the merchandise cost only. The shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that refused or undeliverable shipments will not be refunded.
